Eligibility Criteria For Graduation Courses :-

10+2 in any discipline with 50% Marks

 

Rules & Regulation

  • It is compulsory for the student to attend the college regularly in uniform and participate in each & every activity of the college including seminar, workshops, tours and training programmers.
  • Student is not allowed to leave the college campus without permission of the concerned authority.
  • Students are expected to maintain high standard of discipline in the institute as well as outside the institute especially during outings, excursions and training.
  • Any leave or absence during the academic year is normally not granted except in emergency or in exceptional circumstances on medical grounds.
  • The Institute will not be liable to compensate any claim arising through illness, accident or any other cause. The institute does not accept any responsibility for accidents or any loss of property, although proper care is taken to prevent such happenings.
  •  In case of any dispute of whatever nature, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the student/ parent/ guardian.
  •  A student can be withdrawn from the college at the request of the parent, only at the end of an academic session.
  • If a student is withdrawn during the session, the fees paid will not be refunded. The withdraw) of the student will be granted on submission of a written application to the principal through the head of the faculty one month prior to the withdrawn along with no dues certificate obtained from the various sections of the Institute.
  • The parent/ guardian may also be asked to withdraw their ward if the student fails to come up to the level of the class.
  • Prior permission is compulsory to organize any club or forum in the college. The student shall not organize any meeting without the permission of the principal.
  • Immorality, grave insubordination, bragging, sealing or contempt of authority or breaking bounds is sufficient reason to immediate expulsion or rustication for a student.

 

UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE 88

  • If any students found offensive of grave misbehavior, the college Principal can :-
  • Rusticate for minimum of six months and maximum of one academic session.
  • Rusticate student would not get admission in any college without the permission of the Principal.
  • Declare her ineligible of the University Examination.

 

RULES FOR ATTENDANCE

For every student the compulsory attendance is 75% separately in theory and practical classes. If the attendance is found less than 75%, she will not be permitted to appear in the University Examination.

The student who represents the college in cultural, sports, academic, NSS or any other such activity, she will be positively marked present for that duration.
